Waterfront Place is a large-scale mixed-use development that will be inclusive of residential, hospitality, office, retail, and light industrial/craft uses.

This project entails the development of 16 acres for a new Quil Ceda Creek Casino. The first phase of construction included a 110,000 square foot casino with entertainment and dining facilities along with a six story 1200 square foot parking garage.

The new membrane bioreactor (MBR) Oak Harbor Clean Water Facility is adjacent to Windjammer Park along the Oak Harbor waterfront. This project includes multiple new surface and below grade structures including the installation of a new processes creating a new replacement wastewater treatment facility.

This two phased project includes 90,000 square feet of new construction and 36,000 square feet of remodeled construction. Additionally, the project included new stadium grandstands and a new stormwater detention facility.

This project included the construction of a new 6 million gallon reservoir and booster pumping station to replace the aged and undersized existing system.

This project consists of new facilities at the entrance and gateway to Whatcom Community College.
